On Friday (April 29th), NYC's very own Hot 97 ended the month with a bang after they revealed their lineup for this year's Summer Jam concert. The concert, which has been an annual city staple since 1994, is known to feature the hottest mainstream and upcoming talent both in and outside of the city. Ebro, Rosenberg, and Laura Stylez made the highly-anticipated announcement during Ebro in the Morning and the lineup surely didn't disappoint.

Talk of the Town secured an invite to the Hot 97 studio for an exclusive, real-time stage reveal and the opportunity to interact with some of the headliners, radio personalities, and media personnel surrounding the event. The energy within the station's office's was high, with everyone bonding and connecting over their shared interest in the concert and hip-hop culture overall.

Headlining the concert on the Stadium Stage is the self-proclaimed "King of New York" Fivio Foreign, who has been dominating the NYC Drill Scene through the rise and backlash that has followed the genre as it became popular in the city. The Stadium Stage lineup also includes (but isn't limited to) DreamDoll, Shenseea, City Girls, Lil Baby, Lil Durk, Burna Boy, Roddy Rich, Pusha T, Young Thug + Gunna, and Benny The Butcher. On-air personality and VP of Artist and Label Relations TT Torez said of the announcement, "we understand the assignment and can’t wait to experience, with the fans, an extremely exciting line up of performances from artists who are defining our culture." They've truly taken note of what's hot in the city and have cultivated a space for a lot of our favorite hip-hop artists to be in a shared space to turn up with their fans!

In addition to the Stadium Stage, there's also the Festival Village featuring Saucy Santana, Drewski & Friends (B-Lovee, JNR Choi, Dougie B., 22GZ, and Lady London), NLE Choppa, Yung Bleu, Cordae, and TOTT's Top Female Artists of 2021, Girll Codee.

As if the announcement wasn't lit enough, some of the littest artists came through to help celebrate as well! Fivio Foreign, Choloe Bailey, Maliibu Miitch, Dreamdoll, B-Lovee, and Giirl Codee were only a few of the artists in the building; promoting their music and interacting with the numerous media outlets present. If it was any indication of how the concert's going to be, it's guaranteed to be a vibe and we can't wait!

We appreciate Hot 97 and their Digital Producer, Melissa Gabriel, for giving us the opportunity to stop by their headquarters, and we look forward to turning up at Summer Jam this year on June 12th at Met Life Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J.! If you're interested in purchasing tickets, they're on sale now via Ticketmaster and hot97.com/summerjam. We'll see you there!
